No, we do not accommodate stays shorter than 3 months.
Lease and Financial Information
Yes. All residents are required to enter into a formal lease agreement prior to moving in. This ensures mutual clarity and protection for both parties.
Upon signing the lease, the following applies:
Initial Rent: 2 weeks' rent in advance
Ongoing Rent: Tenants must remain at least 1 week in advance at all times
Bond (park-owned cabins and caravans): 3 weeks' rent, lodged with the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA)

Maintenance and Grounds

Yes. Our grounds team maintains all communal areas. Residents are responsible for keeping their personal sites clean, neat and tidy, and compliant with park standards.
Resident Responsibilities
Residents are expected to maintain a clean and safe site, adhere to all park rules, report any issues in a timely manner, and ensure rent payments are up to date. Routine inspections will be carried out to support safety, compliance, and community standards. Residents are sent text messages about park issues and are expected to respond and follow directions in a timely manner.
Visitors and Community Conduct
Yes. Visitors are welcome but must comply with all park rules. Residents are fully responsible for their guests' conduct while on park premises. Visitors staying overnight must sign in using the Visitors Log, located on the outside of the office wall.
The Park Rules are available on this website and from the office. Please ensure both you and your guests are familiar with them.
Emergencies and Safety
For life-threatening emergencies, dial 000. For urgent park-related issues after hours, call the office number. Should an evacuation be required, a text message will be sent and residents are to follow the evacuation maps and staff directions to safe zones.
Yes. Regular compliance and safety checks are carried out by park staff and Gold Coast City Council. Residents will be notified if access to their site is required.
Waste Disposal and Recycling
Each resident is provided with their own general waste bin. Waste is collected by park staff every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning. Rubbish must be tied and bins placed on the roadside directly in front of the resident's site prior to collection.
Yes. The park collects garden cuttings, lawn clippings, and other suitable organic waste. No general rubbish, food waste, or plastic bags are to be placed with green waste.
While staff handle regular collection, residents are responsible for keeping their bins clean and using shared facilities correctly. Misuse or overflow issues should be reported to the office.
Pets and Animals
Dogs, cats, and rodent-type animals are not permitted. Birds and fish are allowed, provided they are kept in appropriate, well-maintained enclosures. All animals must be cared for in a manner that ensures their welfare and does not affect the safety or comfort of other residents.
No. Only approved service animals with appropriate documentation (provided to the office before arrival) are allowed on the premises.
